Lois Toole

Head of Policy & Programmes

Lois Toole is Head of Policy & Programmes at the Coalition for Global Prosperity, where she coordinates bipartisan UK MP engagement with US policymakers and leads the parliamentary candidates foreign policy programme. During the 2024 General Election she worked at Conservative Campaign Headquarters on Prime Ministerial visits and operations, and also gained experience on party leadership campaigns in 2024 and 2022.

Previously, she spent over three years at the Conservative Environment Network, where she led CEN’s work on COP26, events and delegations, and supported UK and international parliamentary engagement to boost centre-right climate action. Prior to this she was a press office trainee in the European Parliament. She holds an undergraduate degree in History and Politics and an MA in History, both from Lancaster University. Lois is an Aspen UK Rising Leaders Fellow.
