The Coalition hosts Lord Rowan Williams

On Thursday 6th December, the Coalition for Global Prosperity and Christian Aid were delighted to co-host Lord Rowan Williams, former Archbishop of Canterbury, for a private lunch in the House of Lords.

The lunch brought together senior parliamentarians and faith leaders to discuss Britain as a force for good in the world.

At a time when the UK’s role in the world is being redefined, this invite-only lunch brought together senior parliamentarians and faith leaders to discuss how Britain can be at its best when it acts as a global leader in development.

“Britain’s leadership on foreign aid is a badge of honour. We have a proud history of showing generosity towards the vulnerable and creating a safe and equitable world.”
